Pakker Trousers Photo Contest Rules:

1. To receive a 20% discount code, you must submit a photo of your Pakker product “in action” to the email address: photo@pakker.com. This is the only way to submit your work.

2. Each submitted photo must be original and created by the participant.

3. The photo must not feature logos of other brands and must not violate any copyright, moral rights, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights of third parties. The participant assumes full responsibility for any claims arising from the violation of third-party rights.

4. Submitted works must be accepted by the Pakker Trousers team, and all decisions are final. The company reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not comply with these rules.

5. By submitting their photo, participants consent to the use of the submitted photos by Pakker Trousers sp. z o.o. on their website, social media, and for advertising purposes of their products.

6. Participants may withdraw their consent to use the photo at any time by sending a request to: photo@pakker.com, which will result in the discontinuation of the photo’s use in future promotional materials.

7. The discount code will be sent via email upon photo approval. Verification takes up to 5 business days.

8. The discount code can be used once and reduces the price of one product by 20%.

9. The organizer of the contest is PAKKER TROUSERS SP. Z O.O., ul. Sabały 20 m.19, Warsaw, NIP: 5223192217.

10. Pakker Trousers sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change these rules at any time, informing participants in advance on their website.
