If your Pakkers aren’t the perfect fit for you, return them and perhaps purchase a new pair.

  1. Make sure the product is unused and remains in its original packaging.
  2. Include a note with your return shipment containing the order number and the email address used when placing the order.
  3. Clearly mark the package with the word “RETURN”.
  4. The return must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods.

Remember to identify yourself! Insert a piece of paper with the order number or the e-mail address you ordered from.

And write “RETURN

Please, avoid sending the parclel by post office or DHL via post office. Our national provider is the only one of the couriers that cannot cope with delivering packages and there are frequent returns to senders.
