To select the best size, measure your waist. This measurement will most effectively help you choose the right size. However, you probably don't know your waist size, and you might not have a tape measure at home... For your convenience, we provide such coordinates as weight and height, but remember that they are only approximate.

Our pants will adapt quite well to your waist and height, thanks to the elastic bands in the waist and legs, so sometimes two sizes might fit you. In the smaller size, you will look slimmer, but the larger size will be more comfortable.

If you are not sure, you can take two sizes and return one.
