How Did It Start?
Pakkery began with a very simple need: I wanted a pair of pants that I could truly do everything in.
Sit for hours at work, walk around the house, exercise, go to the city, meet friends, or dash into the woods. Without changing clothes and without constantly adjusting something that pinches, pulls, or restricts movement.
The most comfortable pants I knew were loose kung-fu training pants. They had a great cut and provided full freedom of movement but looked way too sporty. Plus, they had no pockets, making them impractical for everyday use.
I thought: what if we keep that comfort but turn them into normal pants for life?
That's how the first prototype was born.
I came up with pockets, found the material, and asked a friendly sewing shop to make the first pair. Then more versions followed. Designer Patryk Wojciechowski joined the project, retaining the characteristic loose shape of the pants while refining the cut, adding back pockets, and making them look like legitimate pants rather than training gear.
Over the next year, we created several more prototypes. We tested materials, changed details, improved construction, and checked everything in normal life.
Finally, the first Pakkery – Cotton Classic appeared.
Today
It has been over seven years since that first pair.
Today, over 12,000 people wear Pakker. Many of them have several, sometimes even dozens of pairs. And perhaps the greatest compliment we can hear is:
“I don't want to wear any other pants.”
That's why we keep improving them. We search for better materials, come up with new solutions, and refine the details.
Because the idea from the beginning was the same: to make the most comfortable pants in the world.
